Bob Evans - Caledonia

The food tasted excellent, but a few items were incorrect in my order. I selected blueberry bread with my meal and received banana bread. I am allergic to bananas so I had to throw away the bread. I selected Lemon supreme pie for me dessert at an additional cost and I received coconut cream. I ordered a separate piece of coconut cream pie, so I ended up with two pieces of coconut cream pie. I contacted customer service for EatStreet and spoke with Maria whom was very helpful. She sent a refund for the incorrect items.

We were really disappointed. The food we received tasted good, but we did not receive everything we ordered. I had ordered the turkey and dressing dinner. It came with 2 sides. For my 2 sides I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and additional bread and celery stuffing. Instead of the additional stuffing, I received french fries. My husband ordered the Wildfire Chicken Salad with the Wildfire Ranch dressing. He got the salad but no dressing. It really took away from the experience. We had ordered out special because my husband just received the news from his bone marrow biopsy that said he was finally in remission from leukemia. Despite being in remission, he still has a lot of health issues from the chemotherapy treatment so going out to eat is difficult. When we saw Bob Evan's was now on Eat Street, we were so pleased. Not so much after we received the order.
