Driver took an hour *past the anticipated TOD* The food was room temperature at best, making the fried items chewy and unenjoyable. The pork was dry and over cooked and the manager seemed ambivalent towards the situation. Overall a frustrating, undesirable experience. Had the manager offered some form of compensation, this review would have been different

The food was excellent, but it was delivered 3 hours later!! We ordered at 5pn, received food at 8pm. App said they were "on the way" 2 hours prior to arrival. I will not use this service again, this is unacceptable.

Food is consistently late. They always predict about an hour, and it always ends up being 2.

My order was placed shortly after 1pm and didn?t arrive till 3pm. That?s pretty rediculous, especially when I call and the person answering the phone is rude about it. If you?re unhappy with your job then find another one.
