Food was horrible. Not worth the money. And had to wait over 45 minutes after the app said it was ready.

The "smothered chicken" meal was good but the salad was a Cesear not the house with garlic vinaigrette I ordered which I threw out and the side "garlic broccoli" was plain broccoli crowns hardly cooked which I threw out.

Chicken and mashed potatoes were excellent. Minestrone soup was okay.

Everything was great except the garlic broccoli.

Berry sauce was runny so the cheesecake was all soggy when it arrived.

Great to have my cold items bagged separate from the hot

I paid $11.00 extra fee that is mandatory on the delivery order to go less than 2 miles. I was missing food! The prime rib sandwich was too rare & I wasn't given a choice on how I wanted it done when I placed my order

We watched the notifications that our food was being prepared, then it was ready for pick up and we went to get our food for them to tell us they hadn?t started our order yet. We didn?t get any of our drinks and my daughters order was wrong. Yes it was a Saturday and they were busy, but there was no offering of discount or apology.

The food is so inconsistent! Was there in person last week everything was great, ordered same thing today, not even close to the same taste.

Awful, your old tiramisu was so good, I don?t know what type of awful topping was on that?marscapone? It was terrible and no cocoa powder on top? Never ordering that again!

You are offering soup and salad for $13.00. Then when you get there you give a receipt for $7 and some change. Then I was told I picked the all u can eat soup and salad. I'm sorry Then why are you offering that on your menu???!!!! The salad was bad it had orange rust on it. Get it together!!

My chicken parmigiana was murdered. It was so burnt it was black. Who in their right mind thinks that was ok to pack up and give to a customer. The risotto balls were bland and lacked any flavor!! Not impressed. We usually go to the Beaver Dam location and thought we?d try the one closer to home. We probably will not order take out from here again.

The order was incorrect. I called and let them know and they accused me of ordering it incorrectly. Then said they would send someone up with the correction. I waited 20 minutes, all I needed was chips for my spinach artichoke dip and called to let them know Id return the food as I had to leave for a commitment and could not eat it hot now anyway. I was told I would be refunded. After getting down I was told I ordered through EatStreet and had to call them to be refunded. Benvenutos made the order wrong and refused to fix it. I should not have been inconvenienced any further. In the end the restaurant cancelled the order with EatStreet forcing a refund.

The bacon on my burger was charred burnt. Also, the parm risotto was completely soupy.

Order was incorrect and cold when delivered. Very disappointed.

It was supposed to be fettuchini with alfredo sauce. It was buttered noodles. One of the shrimp tasted expired. It was also cold. The soup was hot and too strong.

Manicotti was cold. Burger was good

The salad I ordered was not included. The wild berry cheesecake ordered came wrong. They sent a plain cheesecake. There were no napkins or utensils included

First order was incomplete. Got only partial refund. Second order was also incomplete. I won?t use EatStreet anymore. Second time this has happened

The food was warm when it arrived. I enjoyed my Andoulle and chicken penne pasta. My boyfriend had the ribs and the only complaint he had was they could've been carmelized a little more. He said they tasted good. The salads were delicious and the little containers you get are great to be reused and recycled.

Ribs were burnt. Everything else was mediocre.

Food was VERY disappointing.

I do so appreciate this service but to think I could order a perch dinner-unusual by itself and then have it delivered and presented so hot and beautifully packaged was a real treat. The onion soup an extra delight. thanks so much bev k

It was hot and fast!

The food tasted excellent, but they forgot several items and we weren't able to get them delivered. Several people went without a lunch.

Canceled my order

a portion of my pizza was smashed by side of the box when they shut the lid and when I opened it, the pizza fell apart and almost fell on the floor. looked like the pizza was too big for the box and they just shoved it in there. careless.

EatStreet said that Benvenuto's had accepted my order and it would be ready at 7:22. At around 7:40 they had not yet even seen or accepted by order. I did not get my food until 8:00. The restaurant was very busy, but EatStreet gave misinformation that the order had been accepted and would be ready. Benvenuto's was going to give me a full refund but were unable to do that since I had placed the order with EatStreet. I wish I had called in the order.

Benvenutos did miss a salad in which they ran promptly to us. The chicken sandwich though did not include the pesto mayo, and the cauliflower crust margherita pizza was burnt. To the point the tomatos were actually black and they needed to be scrapped off. The pizza should have been remade and never sent in the first place with black burnt tomatoes.

Service was AWFUL. It took over 1 & 1/2 hours to get our food and when I called to see what was going on the girl flatly said "your order isn't here, it left 20min ago". No apology or explanation. Would not recommend ordering from here.

First time trying their food. $50 for 2 (medium sized) pasta dishes, 2 small soups & cheesy bread. Overpriced, food was bland & cold. Delivery driver wasn't very friendly. I expect at least a thank you when I tip someone, nothing ($8 tip). Very disappointed. Will not order from Benvenutos again.

Good was great! Delivery service was easy to use.

Food was way over done. Cheese was burned. I also ordered a brownie and that was nothing but a liquid mess.

Several items were forgotten. When I placed my order it was a 35 minute wait, didn't get my food until the 70 minute mark. The food I did receive was luke warm at best.

My husband was supposed to have spaghetti and meatballs but got penne noodles. I got marinara sauce instead of pesto. The food was not good at all.

Didn't add extra sauce to my pizza as requested. Forgot the dressing for the salad; all iceberg lettuce when the description (Salmon Cobb Salad) was arugula mix - there was no bacon or bleu cheese crumbles to be found which is the hallmark of a Cobb salad - so in other words I didn't get the Cobb salad, just a bit of iceberg lettuce with a cut boiled egg and some salmon - forget the bacon, the bleu cheese, and the dressing. The best part was didn't include the 2 pieces of key lime cheesecake. Apparently, they were out of cheesecake and instead of informing me, they let it go I guess thinking I wouldn't notice. The EATSTREET driver also didn't inform me when he (Maurice) delivered it, and he certainly knew it was missing. Then I had to jump through hoops to get that refunded. Needless to say, the whole experience and lack of consideration on the part of Benvenuto's and Maurice, the EATSTREET driver, makes me not want to use either again. Buyer beware.

The salads were sour (one was missing dressing entirely), the alfredo was way too floury, and it took over an hour to arrive.

By the time we got our food, it had started to get dry. The crust stuff they put on top of the shrimp tetrizinne was hard. Had a hard time to even start to eat it.

The dinner salads were forgotten. We were told wr could come get them.

My food was delivered late, I ordered a salad with extra dressing when the salad finally arrived, no dressing! I called and was told by a manager that there was nothing they could do for me! I asked for a refund she said sure and hung up!

Food was pretty bland.
