Food was good but we ordered a lemonade and it wasn?t delivered yet I?m sure we paid for it.

Good as always. My favorite place in Manhattan. Just was missing the cheese sauce and was charged. But the food was fantastic and filling.

The past 2 or 3 times I?ve gotten food from here it?s not been a great experience. This time I got the lunch 2 burrito meal and I got sick after eating it. The rice is amazing but to be honest the rest of it (the beans and the ground beef) tasted horrible. I was really wuestioning if they were using canned dog food. I recall thinking the same thing last time but dismissed it bc I figured it was just my taste buds. Maybe it?s just that it has a very bland flavor. I know the food used to be amazing but for the price I pair for 3 meals I can say I highly doubt we?ll go back. If we do I?ll stick ck with the rice

The guacamole was very brown and the taco salad was extremely soupy on the bottom.

We had to wait on a meal we should have had with the order. Then I ordered flour chips and did not receive them.

Forgotten food

First time customer. The food was delicious and filling. Reasonably priced.

My white cheese queso was missing and I did pay for this for it was on the receipts.

We were missing one of orders of Pinch? Tacos. Otherwise the food was delicious.

It was to Spicy in the meat was not cooked all the way and the chips was soggy and I want my money back

I asked for 3 items in my order and I just received 1 was a really bad experience

It took an hour and a half to get our food. The initial ETA said thirty minutes, kept getting pushed back without explanation, and the food was not hot when it arrived.

Food excellent, If it had been delivered on time and hot. Problem was EatStreet, Delivery was late, food cold and soggy. This was not El Patron's problem. I have had the same dish in the restaurant and it was great.

The chimichangas were awesome. I got the 3 flour enchiladas. The beef enchilada with the red sauce had chicken in it and the chicken enchilada with the green sauce had hamburger in it. It was weird. And the cheese enchilada didn?t have cheese sauce on top of it. Also, I?m not caring much for the spicy beans.

They used parsley instead of cilantro. My salsa tasted like marinara

The Queso that I paid $6.50 for was maybe 4oz when it?s not that expensive in the restaurant & you get more when your there in person. My guacamole was not included w/my meal but was on the menu as part it & the cooling effect it would?ve had on my spicy food was missed. The beans were extremely spicy & had only a few shreds of cheese on them.

El patron was excellent per usual. Eat Street delivery service on the other hand has continued to disappoint. They didn?t get one of the items from the order to the restaurant, the printed receipt with the order was missing the ($10) item. The initial delivery window was 45-60 minutes, the food was actually delivered in 90 minutes. Had I not been lazy it would have taken less than 10 to drive myself to the restaurant. The restaurant was nice enough to call 15 minutes before closing to let me know they called eat street to let someone know my food had been waiting an inordinately long time and 10 minutes after that nobody had shown up. As I was getting ready to get the food, I called to tell them to tell the driver not to bother, someone had picked the food up and it was delivered an hour and a half after it was originally ordered. Here we are nearly 24 hours after my email to customer service about the issue with nothing more than an automated ?how did we do??. The answer, not great.

The food was great, but because it was late it was already cold when I got it.

I did not like my food. I got queso and it was $6 and all I got was a tiny bowl.

Was quick and easy to order. I really liked the notification process as well and I knew what time to expect my food to arrive.

The food was bland with no taste. The queso was a small amount compared to the price. I will not order from that restaurant again.

Not sure who was at fault but there was an entire entree missed and not delivered. Chili concarne was missing
