Thai Orchid Restaurant

I ordered the combination with extra shrimp and I only got the seafood combo. I tried calling Thai Orchid and tried submitting a complaint to Eat Street and no one got back to me.

When I ordered my food to be delivered, it showed a delivery time of 45 minutes?BUT it was almost 2 hours before the delivery was made. By the time the food arrived it was cold, not sure if it was the restaurant or EatStreet, but that?s a ridiculously long time.

Food was cold and almost 2 hours from order time. Pretty confident it wasn?t a restaurant issue but an Eatstreet delivery issue.

The food was delicious.

i didn?t know there was an option to pick different sizes so maybe different wording on the site for delivery becuase i thought the pick one option was for the meats not for the actual size

The papaya salad I got wasn't favored its taste so bland but the other stuff I've purchased are okay.

If we order, it?s usually from Thai Orchid. The food is excellent. We usually get a curry dish.

Usually food is great but yesterday?s meals were the worst I?ve had from this restaurant.

It was ok. I ordered extra chicken but there seemed to be the usual amount that they normally give you when ordering the pad Thai dish. I was sort of annoyed that it also took more than the 25 -40 minutes that eat street said it was going to be for delivery.

Food was good! Restaurant forgot to include rice with my curry.

I ordered the chix eggrolls, kapoon and papaya salad. The chix eggrolls were really small and little over seasoned. It was still hot and crispy. Papaya salad was amazing and spicy just how I like it. And the kapoon was kinda sweet for my liking but still delicious. It was however cold when i got it so i had reheat the soup base. Over all, I would still recommend it.

Perfect Pad Thai and Green Curry.

My food was almost an hour late and luke warm. Very disappointing.

Food was excellent. However, I realized at the end of the day that i paid nearly $30 for my meal because of the HUGE service fee that Eat Street tacked on that I wasn?t aware of when I split the check with my coworkers. I am pretty angry at the cost of that! I knew when ordering over $50 the delivery was free. I had no idea there was a whole separate fee!

Food was delivered to the wrong house. Portions were small. The curry used to be spicier and rice had hard bits. The orange chicken portion was extremely tiny and flavor wasn't the greatest.

The pad khee mao was good?it?s a relaible dish. The chicken satay was a bit spicy and a bit dry.

I got the wrong food. I tried calling restaurant 3-4 times to get it resolved but no one would answer the phone. I ordered the cashew chicken but got what I believe is orange chicken. I paid extra for extra vegetables which didn't make sense for the orange chicken.

The Jalape?os in the One Meat Soup are so amazingly fresh and spicy. The Green Curry is amazing as usual.

Tasty thai food with the perfect amount of spice. The sauces are so flavorful and there are such great menu options.

Not sure if it was a Thai Orchid issue or an Eat Street issue, but after my order was confirmed, the tracking page just said ?Calculating ETA? for nearly an hour and a half. Spoke to two agents through the chat/app and both told me my driver was on the way. It was a half-hour from when the 1st agent told me that before I got my food. Which was room temperature when it arrived?. Not awesome that I had to microwave my chicken pad thai before I ate it.

Green curry and the pineapple curry are both absolutely delicious

Takeout food portions are pathetically small

Great spring rolls, nice ortion size, fresh and flavorful. The tom kah gai was delicious but somewhat small portion for the money charged. Overall, very good quality food.

Order arrived very late

I think this was THE BEST Thai food I have ever had! Can't wait to eat here again soon!

I ordered the chicken Pad Thai and cream cheese wontons, as I have 3 other times, usually it's amazing. The cheese wontons where dried out and tough/chewy. And the worst part is, I got sick from the chicken. I couldn't keep anything down until I received treatment the next day. The tea was delicious as per usual. It may have been just an off night, the other 3 times where excellent, but with questionable food safety, I'm unlikely to eat there again.

Rice was over cooked.

Everything was DELICIOUS. Will order again!

First time ordering from here and they missed a few items

Chicken satay is amazing and doesn't overpower me with spice, but they totally screwed me over on my main dish. I ordered the drunken noodles at the mildest level, and had an additional note about "no spice, very sensitive" and they totally disregarded that and it wasn't even mild. My entire mouth was biting after a single bite and I could see hot pepper seeds and red chili peppers in addition to the non-spicy red and green bell peppers. I couldn't even eat this dish I am so disappointed. Especially since I was recently there in person with the same order, and those noodles actually were fine and didn't aggravate my tongue.
