Great pizza

Our pizza arrived at our home like it was shaken all about in the car ride over to our home. We were NOT impressed at all.

It did not go through and I was charged on my card.

If I wanted a raw pizza I would have ordered it from Papa John?s. After baking the pizza another twenty minutes once I received it, the pizza was almost TOO salty to eat. Can?t tell you how disappointed I was since a friend of mine recommended your pizza.

Great pizza but two toppings were missing, and one was incorrect.

The pizza was ok however my delivery driver had to sit there and wait for my order for almost 40 mins. I feel like because I ordered on EatStreet that my order was pushed to the end of the line. Had I been a customer that called the store and went to pick up my own order I bet there wouldn?t have been a wait like that. I?m a paying customer and regardless of how I order my order should be treated like anyone else?s. I will likely NEVER order from Johnnys Pizza Shop ever again. Good thing there is plenty of other pizza places in town.

Everything was perfect! Johnny's is our favorite pizza place in Eau Claire :)

I ordered a steak calzone . They gave me sausage and I don?t eat pork . I called and they hung up on me .

I hate having to leave this bad review but my Stromboli was raw dough and I didn?t realize it until I?d taken some bites. It was really gross.

Never received order. Paid A LOT OF MONEY!!! Had to run out at 8pm to get food for kids slumber party. Chatted with a Mark that says he?s gonna refund. Haven?t seen it yet. **Mark did great. Rest of it was a horribly expensive lesson

Not sure if it?s on Johnnys or EatStreet but the delivery was almost two hours after the order was ready. Food was good but not temperate.

They were closed

We had multiple issues with our order. 1.) One of the pizzas was burned to a crisp and inedible. 2.) One of the pizzas was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni and half cheese. They put pepperoni on the entire pizza. 3.) We ordered and paid for dipping sauces, but no sauces were included with the order. 4.) When I called to let the store know about the issues, the person answering the phone acted like they had no idea how to remedy the situation. After pressing him, he finally agreed to remake the order, which required me to spend 30 minutes running back to the store.

Ice cold by the time it got to us. Worst food we have had from them so far

Always satisfying

They told me at the restaurant that a stromboli (what they gave me) and a stuffed slice of pizza (what I ordered online) are the exact same thing, just a different kind of bread. They said this to my face with utter satisfaction in their own service. I could tell they thought it was 100% fine that I would order a "stuffed slice" and they make me a stromboli instead. I could tell from the look in the associate's eyes that he truly believed I should be satisfied with this, that it truly makes no difference, and that there was no error for him to correct. I have nothing against strombolis, but it's not at all what I ordered. I could have easily insisted that he fix this error. Had I done that, I either would have walked out with the correct order or my money back. I contemplated it for half a second, but instead, I thought it a greater win to save my own TIME. I took the stromboli I did not order, walked out, and decided just to never go back there. My first and last time trying this restaurant. One and done. And to top it all off, the stromboli wasn't that great. Very skimpy on sauce and cheese. A slightly dressed up bread roll, at best.

Bottom was very burnt. I was not feeling well so I didn't return it or even call as I usually would have done. Pizza is usually good so it was disappointing.

Pizza was good sized great crust and sauce. Calpine and Stromboli were hot and full of ingredients. Great next day too

Pizza was great and food was hot and cooked perfect. Pizza was good next day as well so much to eat!

My order was canceled and I was refunded, 24 hour later I get home from work and the food is sitting on my porch, frozen.

Wish I had tried Johnny's pizza sooner! Really great tasting pizza and at a good price!! Will be my go-to pizza from now on!

Pizza was great! I think it would have been even better if it was fresh out of the oven but I didn't arrive right away so it sat for a little bit.

Forgot my cheese bread

The salad was rotting below a nice fresh piece of tomato,,a couple chnks of dried up radish and some red cabbage...Will NOT order a salad there again...

Ordered pepperoni and tomato and got just tomato, found two hairs baked into the cheese, ordered three ?cheese sticks? and the cheese was melted to the point it fell off and burned to the aluminum foil. I love their pizza, but this was a complete 180 from what I usually get.

This was my 2nd time ordering from them. 1st time they were good but not this time. It was terrible

The pizza was cold, the bread stick were discussing. I don't understand why I can only choose one topping for a slice. And they put way to much olives on it

The delivery was fine but my pizza came with green peppers instead of red peppers. I called the shop and they said that they don?t even have red peppers and that it?s a mistake on the eat street website. I was very disappointed.

Food was delicious. Staff/ store had blatant disregard for mask mandate. I was very discouraged and put off to see that 2/3 of the staff had no mask on, and they were preparing the food. Will not be returning here during the pandemic.

The large salad was very small. My meatball hero sub was average at best. I won't be ordering anything else from Johnny s anytime soon. I should have ordered from Sammy's like I normally do.
