Terrible Food. Cold, soggy, just gross

The food was cold, there are 2 Casa Margarita's in eau claire, I went to the wrong one apparently, even though I didn't see anywhere that one was specified over another. So I was 40 min. late to pick up my food.

I ordered a pastor dish (pork and pineapple).. What i received was not pork and had no pineapple. It was ok. But not what i wanted. I have learned from experience that the required contact with Eat Stree takes forever and then you usually get a partial credit that has to be used in the near future.

The boyfriend and I take turns ordering from ES and Casa. Orders are always missing something and driver doesn?t double check. Very frustrating. App doesn?t update delivery time.

Because I was waiting for a delivery my food sat on a table by the register getting cold. I ordered no beans and was even on receipt and Verbally said to me when called I still had beans in my order.

The pastor dish I had was delicious and the pork tender. The steak tacos were great and plentiful. The queso cheese was the best.

Chimichanga was delicious!

It was gross. No tortilla shells and no veggies with my Cameron diablo.

Food wasn?t hot and very salty shrimp enchiladas

Food is normally really good. But half of my order this time was burnt/inedible. Very disappointing. Hope this experience is an anomaly.

Excellent!

Requested no sour cream on one meal and it came with sour cream. We ordered 4 meals so would like enough chips/salsa for 4 people. Otherwise very good.

The steak fajitas were absolutely delicious. I wish they were more refried beans because they were awesome.

Terrible steak in Burrito. It's always been good before , so hopefully one time issue

The burrito mexicano I ordered was a soggy disgusting mess. They put the sour creme & Guac on the hot food and the meal was a slimy watery pile by the time it was delivered. Wet lettuce strips, drippy guacomole.. it was sitting in "white water". You should serve cold items on the side in a separate bag to add when food is received. The rather large helping of chips were tasteless and overfried. The salsa had no salt, it was hot but had no flavor. I was so disappointed. This was supposed to be my dinner. I work in an ER and was starving! I'll not take another chance on this restaurant.

Food was spilled and leaking dripping all over the bag, had 2 wipe everything down. Was a total mess. Food inedible, and agreeded by all 3 ppl it was ordered 4. Literally took one bite and threw over $55 worth of delivery in the garbage. Very disappointing.

For the 3rd time in a row they forgot my tortillas

Food was so fresh and yummy. The delivery person didn't follow the instructions on the order though and i had to walk through the hospital to find it.

Nothing was right. No special instructions were followed

I left a request for no Pico de Gallo, no beans, and nothing spicy for my entree. They did leave the beans off but put the Pico de Gallo on and put super spicy red sauce on my food. I was unable to eat any of my entree.

Our chimichanga was incorrect.

The food was good but it came with the lid smashed in and the food all over the lid. It had to be scraped off the lid to eat it.

Food was rushed, missing part of the order.

The food is great but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The queso dip spilled everywhere in the bag. What a mess. Need to obtain containers that seal properly for liquid or semi-liquid foods.

The cheesecake chimi (cant remember what its called) was definitely not what I would order in the restaurant in presentation or taste. There was no whipped cream and no syrup just a semi burnt chimi with zero flavor. I've had so much better in the restaurant. There was zero reason for this as the food was not waiting or anything. I expect better next time.

Food was very good as usual from Casa Margarita. Delivery time was posted at 110 minutes and came in only 45 minutes. My only complaint is that the delivery driver must have had to slam on his brakes or something cause the aluminum foil trays on some of my platters were somewhat crushed and disheveled.

They still put cheese sauce on my plate even after requesting none. The beef in the chimichanga was extremely salty. I was unable to eat it.

It?s was disgusting! I won?t ever order from Casa Margarita again.. food was cold. My tacos literally fell apart. My nachos was all grease. I also had a string of hair in my nachos. Never again.

Very disappointed by todays order. Be it the restaurants mistake or the Eat Street driver, the wrong order arrived. When I called and attempted to have it fixed the male on the phone demanded I bring back the wrong order because the people who ordered it were waiting and I could then reorder our food. Who would take food that has been delivered and opened to another persons home? That seems unsanitary and a horrible way to do business. Thankfully when I contacted Eat Street we received the $51 dollars refunded and a coupon for out next order. We were told to dispose of the order if we didn't want to eat it as it's against their policy to redeliver food due to health concerns and sanitary policies. Anyone who demands someone go out of their way to fix their mistake should not be in the service industry.

The driver was super nice! The food when it came though had crushed lids and had come out of the container by the time it got here.

Food was horrible.
