KFC - Lansing

Our order came promptly and was correct. The driver was polite. The food was great.

I didn't get what I ordered. None of my food arrived. I had to order from a different restaurant from a different delivery app. When I contacted EatStreet for a refund, they refused stating that I needed to contact the restaurant. When I called the restaurant they said they don't do delivery. I contacted Eat Street again and they still refused to refund, even after I told them the restaurant has no record of the order. Then they closed the chat when I asked to escalate this situation.

Very disappointed. One meal was completely wrong and both drink were wrong also missing a side. . Then I messaged support and they told me all I can do is call kfc. It was already passed closing. And I had just paid $15 in fees. So I paid almost $50 for one meal because the other was not edible.

Didn't receive two items we ordered, but that happens.

Did not get what I ordered. The order was picked up and still took 28 minutes to be delivered. I live less than 5 minutes from kfc. Ordered green beans received French frys. Its not the 1st time this has happened.

Driver from delivery.com dissappeared. Food was two hours late before I contacted eatstreet customer support, then. Was immediately contacted by delivery.com's customer service via telephone.
