Conrad's is an excellent place to eat if you are itching to destroy a massive wrap filled with comfort foods, cheese, and other wonderful things. Made quickly by fantastic people, too!

The food came an hour and a half after we ordered. The restaurant provided no tracking information so we had no idea if it was even coming. And the food was soggy.

I ordered 50 dollars worth of Conrad?s yesterday and was so disappointed. The broccoli bites were burnt, cold, and we asked for extra ranch, received no ranch but instead was given ketchup. We ordered two large drinks, and when we got there were told they were out of ice and so they were completely warm. Our wraps weren?t grilled on the outside like they have been every other time. I?m so sad because they used to be my favorite!

Food was good. They forgot to give me ranch for both of my dweeb wraps and forgot the syrup for my big breakfast wrap. Other then that, it was okay. Customer service wasn?t the best either.

Food always tastes really good but my order is rarely correct. This time the marinara sauce was missing on the skillz millz. A couple of other times I?ve gotten the completely wrong wrap when I open the bag or wrong dipping sauces. Love this place?s food but my order has been wrong more times than it?s been right at this point.

Too expensive

Food did not arrive until 2 hours later, at which point it was 3:45am and i had fallen asleep waiting for the delivery. I ended up canceling the order. The listed store phone number was ?busy? for about 10 calls throughout the time between my placing of the order and the ?delivery?. Very unhappy with the lack of communication and service.

Order was missing a wrap. We called the restaurant to let them know and was told that they would send someone right out to deliver it. Forty minutes later and still no wrap. We called the restaurant back and learned that the missing item hadn?t even been made yet. We were very disappointed with the level of service.

The wrap wasnt what I ordered and it was gross. And I think $7 for a side salad is ridiculous!

Food was delivered before it was supposed too, it was in great condition, it was hot, the lady came into the building so I didn't have to go outside. Amazing service.
