The few Fry's I got were hard as a rock. Rest was undercooked.

I don't know if it was rushed or what but everything was just undercooked, I don't know what fries they switch to but they are not good and all they were were incredibly greasy.

Took an hour and a half for me to actually receive the order. It wasn?t until I contacted support that they actually assigned a driver so my food sat the entire time. When I got it was soggy and not fresh at all. Not pleased at all with my experience.
