Oolong Asian Cuisine

The food was great as always! I would recommend picking it up rather than delivery. EatStreet is their delivery service, and nobody went to pick up my food until I called the restaurant and then they had to call EatStreet Support. My food needed to be heated up by the time the delivery driver got to me. The driver also went to the wrong building even though I provided the address along with the building name. The driver also forced me to come outside and pick it up even though I provided delivery instructions to leave the food at the front desk of my office. I also didn't appreciate the threat of my order being canceled over text from the driver/EatStreet for making the driver wait, even though the driver was at the wrong building.

We love oolong so this is no reflection on them, but our order never arrived due to an issue with Eat Street taking it to the wrong house.

Fast, fresh. The pho wasn?t mixed in the broth yet which is genius. So glad to have pho in Dubuque !!

I've had pho all over the country - I'd rate this version near the bottom of my experiences. At $14 I'd have expected more in both quality and quantity. The depth of flavor in the broth just wasn't what I've had and there just wasn't a lot of it. On the plus side, the add ins were plentiful and fresh...so, there's that.

Love the food at Oolong and usually have a great experience but, this time The food was cold.. Not the restaurants fault as the flavor was delicious.
