Chicago's Pizza - W Vernor Hwy

absolutley horrible first it was over a 2 hour wait to where the food is was cold the cheese was hard had to send the food back and wait another hour for myfood and it did not taste well after all that

We waited for an hour for delivery and 3 mins before the estimated delivery time expired, I received a message stating they cancelled my order and the store just closed.

Food was beyond cold after waiting over an hour for two small slices.

I was very disappointed with the pizza due to it being burnt. I could barely eat it. I bought pizza before and it always tasted good.

We waited an hour for delivery. Received the wrong order entirely. And then the company was unhelpful. They wouldn?t replace the order. We received a refund but at that point needed to figure out new dinner plans completely. Don?t waste your time with this place. They clearly only care about the next order they get. pizza should have been delivered 45-1hour after ordering. i called at the hour mark, got put on hold but they actually just set the phone on the counter and then eventually hung up on me. i went to the shop to pick it up where no one greeted me, two young women were working, one of them was trying to sort some receipts with a delivery driver and when he suggested she acknowledge me she kind of mumbled and went back to looking at receipts. they finally ask my address to find my pizza and it was among around 25 other pizzas waiting to be delivered and it was soggy by the time i got it home.

Food is usually good. Don't know what happened this time but quality felt very poor this time.

Food was suppose to be delivered between 9:49-10:04 it got to my home at 11:15 the food was cold n my sub was soggy from the dressing being pleaded to my sub instead of the side!

This place can take ALLLLLL my money. Customer service was GREAT. More reasonably priced than the Allen park location I ordered a medium deep dish 1 topping and a small deep dish 2 topping and it was $31 opposed to the $25 I spent on a medium at the Allen Park location. They even gave me a free pop they were super nice and helpful and the pizza was amazing. I will be back.

First off my order took over a hour to be delivered, it wasn?t hot at all once it arrived. Then i noticed my order was incorrect then when calling to speak with someone about it the lady on the phone had the nerve to start getting a attitude with me.

Great food at a great value. I usually have a good experience at Chicago?s pizza but this time I had to wait for my pizza while my other food got cold. Also the pizza was a little salty. Otherwise it was fine and I usually love this restaurant.

The salad tasted horrible! They forgot my soda the bread stick with the salad was cold and the mozzarella sticks were under cooked. Waste of 50 dollars

Great food, excellent price. Glad I found this place.

An order for one small pizza; one large pizza; and an order of garlic/cheese bread was made. When delivered the large pizza was missing and the delivery person needed to return to the store and have it made before delivering it on the second attempt. The pizza was fine and the delivery person was polite and apologetic, but no offer was made for a discount.

The eatstreet app was a total FAIL. The order was not even received by the restaurant. Luckily, I called to confirm that they had received the order.. they DID NOT! I had to re-read the entire order to the girl at the restaurant. The driver did show up and bring us our food. The order was short 2 items(the restaurant didn?t give him), one pizza was wrong and they gave us cheese sticks instead of cheese bread... What was right was good

Food took an hour and 30 min to get here, and the food was COLD. Literally COLD. Never ordering there again.

I didn't get the food. They didn't receive the order is what the resteraunt said. If I still wanted the order I was told it would be 20 minutes and I would have to pay again and try to get a credit from eat street web site. Very disappointing and no interest from the resteraunt to try and help resolve the situation. There attitude was basically not our problem and don't care

Order was wrong

The pizza we received did not have the ingredients we requested in the manner we requested. The pizza was only supposed to have mushrooms on half and, instead, was throughout the entire pizza.

Was given a great pizza, but they didn't realize they had an online order. We waited extra time and it was a bit too salty.
