We love Saucy's! Husband usually orders the Yakisoba and I order the Pad See Ew, both at spice level 2. Always delicious!

They've given me Yellow Rice instead of Yellow Curry twice now

Food was great . Saw on order would be delivered , but showed as pickup. Called and was told we do not deliver. Went to Saucy?s to order in person after being told order was cancelled, charge had already been run on card. Owner gave desert in order to make up for the tip I had included and order cancelled. I will only call saucys in person in the future.

This is about Eatstreet app review. The apps does not work. The order did not go through. Saucys had to cook after I arrived. I ended waiting in a restaurant for 40 minutes

Ordered Pad Thai, it was terrible. There was so much sauce that it was overwhelming. I?ve never had Pad Thai like that. Authentic Pad Thai should not be like that.

As always consistently good. We tend to order the same things, Pad Thai, and chicken satay, but have tried curries and loved them all! I am always amazed at the speed that our food is ready for pick up! They are in the ball!

This place is always consistent. The servings are good size and the flavors are great.

Food was delicious, but I received the wrong dish! I ordered spicy basil pork with jasmine rice and got pad kee maw noodles.

My order was wrong for the second time. The first time they fixed the error at pick up. This time, I got home and fixed my plate only to realize that my basil fiend rice was 0 spice instead of the level 4 I ordered. By this time the restaurant was closed so I couldn?t call to report it. The husband and sons orders were accurate and delicious; however.

The food was really good, but the Eat Street app charged us 5 times. We will be dealing with that issue for a while. Every time we ran our card on-line it would say "card declined" which made no sense? So we switched cards, and after several attempts it finally went through. After checking our account there were two full charges on one card and three full charges on another. Talked with "Ban" the manager and he said he would take care of it? We shall see? And if he does, we will report back.

Order was never received. After giving them the receipt they made our order and an item off. This was our first and last time trying this place. I was offered no type of refund, even for the tip. No one should have to tip on an order that they had to wait an extra 20min for.

The staff there remembers me and is so nice and accommodating!

The food was cold and did not have much flavor.

The food was actually rather good, but they're outdoor sign was off completely while all their competitors signs were brightly lit up. If you want business turn your sign on, otherwise it's difficult to find you. I was a few seconds away of giving up and canceling my order. In this day and age how can you be so retarded!!!

We usually order from here. But last night Saturday, June 22nd. Our friends who are vegetarian got chicken in their pad Thai tofu dishes. Pretty frustrating considering we live 3 minutes from here. Likely need to find a new Thai place now. Also the website wasn?t working well to order online.
