Great food, on time, and hot!

Amazing food every time! Love the hot & sour soup, make a special trip just for that, my favorite!

They forgot the sweet and sour sauce, we had to go back and ask for it. I initially called them to ask for it but they said they would have a manager call me back but no one did .

Happy House is great and accommodated for what was missing on my order. The Eat Street driver?s need some accountability on checking the order to make sure nothing is missing rather than just grabbing a bag blindly and leaving the store. The delivery services in Columbus which include Eat Street are well below average because there is no accountability on a driver getting the right order or showing up on time while the food is still hot.

I arrived 7 minutes after the eatstreet site said the order would be ready, and they claimed the order just came in. The website said it was ready for pickup. This place always seems to be a complete wreck when it's only the guys working. Other than that, the food was good.

2 stars for eatStreet and Happy House. They do not communicate to each other nor the customer. Fake times are shown on the app, including length of time to expect the order and fake time the driver left the restaurant. It allegedly took > 40 minutes to travel 6 to 10 blocks. Complaint via eatStreet app was responded to by giving us the restraint?s phone number. I?ll use that number to order in the future.

Food was great but employee had no idea how to identify my order and did try to charge me again.

Food was great. Delivery was later than anticipated.

Delivery took forever! Arrived just in time to eat in bed! Also, please instruct delivery driver NOT to set food directly in front of the door. I shouldn't have to walk around the front of my house to pick up my order, to avoid knocking it all over my porch when I open the front door. Other than that, food was good.

Always excellent quality food from this place. Staff is super friendly and the place is super clean for being a hole in the wall Chinese spot. It?s definitely my go-to.

Took 2.5 times estimated time. The other food we picked up was cold by that time.

Food was a little cold. I ordered it at 626pm it was to be ready by 653pm I got there by 656 and it was cold
