Teapot Chinese Restaurant

As you can see by time posted above, the order was NEVER received, Teapoy Chinese stated they never received it from EatStreets, who stated just the opposite! So I am out of 40+ dollars and didn't get to try anything! Neither of them will EVER get another dime from me!

It was not as fresh as it should be, especially the fried rice.

Order was cancelled as you "could not contact the restaurant", and then almost two hours later, after I had ordered from somewhere else, the order arrived, because apparently you didn't communicate this. Very poor, will not be using this service again and stop asking.

The order was incorrect, and they refused to admit it. I ended up having to eat something else for dinner

Super fast and tasted good. Worth the price and the portion was enough for lunch the next day

Forgot my bbq spare ribs but delivery driver was very kind and apologetic and gave me a refund.

The food was terrible. The won ton soup tasted like soap, the rice was all clumped like it was a few days old and the sauce in the MooGooGai Pan was really thick and pasty. We won?t order from here again.

Y?all said my food was ready and everything on the website but when I got there they said they had no order from me so it took me a while to get it all settled

Me and a friend ordered take out and we both agreed this was some of the best Chinese we have in Columbia even better than some of the more expensive Chinese restaurants very good!

Order received was exactly what was ordered. Tracking was prompt and the deliveryman was pleasant and courteous. Great experience.

I would not eat here ever. Horrible experience, I was told I would have my food after 45 minutes and an hour and a half later, it was finally delivered to my hotel and I had already ate different food as I had given up on my own food being delivered. Nothing tasted good, the crab rangoons were super small, tasted all like crab and barely had any cream cheese in them. I paid $40 for food that was terrible and arrived late and cold.

The food, as always, was suburb.

They delivered our order to someone elses house and then told us we would have to wait another 30 minutes after we already waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food worst service ever and they did not even offer us anything for the poor service

Great food! However, our experience with their delivery people is that you need to tell them to call you so that they can get directions to your location. The drivers also don't speak English very well, for the most part. You may want to pick up the food yourself.

I love this place! Fast, friendly service and yummy food.
