It is normally , it took almost two hours for our food to be delivered.

Food is always excellent and the EatStreet delivery is a life saver.

Delivery process was fine, but I did not feel the items ordered were worth the total delivery price this time. The sandwich was extremely small, and I only had that and a cup of tea for almost $18.00 That's way too much to pay for a small wrap and tea.

The food was great the service was a little odd. I arrived after the lunch rush and it took a while before I was acknowledged. To his defense it did appear he was counting

Food took an hour and a half at least to arrive. I couldn?t get ahold of anyone at the business for an hour. Finally they said they are behind. Will not be using again unless compensated.

As usual the food was excellent and arrived in a very timely manner. No issues with my order and my Arnold Palmer was mixed perfectly.

I have ordered from Roly Poly several times in the past and have had some good experience but the last several times I have ordered it has not been a good experience. They need to pay more attention to what people order and make sure they place the correct items in the bag or if they don't have something that is on the menu that they let someone know instead of assume they like something and put it in the bag.

Excellent! I usually order 2 containers of salsa, but didn't this time. However, the staff remembered that I do that and it was included in my order anyway. Excellent Customer Service!!!
