Poor customer service. I understand Sunday's are busy nights but the delivery estimate should be updated since it's widely inaccurate. Suggesting that you could deliver the food between 45-60 minutes after placing the order, and then actually deliver it close to two and a half hours is unacceptable. And when I called to ask for an update on my delivery the person who answered was short and rude and gave a quick "it's on the way" before hanging up on me, and my food arrived 35 minutes later. And it was cold.
The food was really flavorless. I think the rice was really old too.
