My order was hot and exactly how I ordered it.

Cashier told me 10 min on 10 piece wings but I was the ere for 45 min

Foods great, ordering was easy and ready when I got there. Love reggies!

Part of my order was a 16 piece with half bbq and half fire. I received 5bbq and the rest were fire. I called the restaurant and they were not willing to assist. Stated Eat-street received the money so I needed to contact them. I informed them that I picked up my order and paid I person. They were still not willing to offer a solution or apologize for packaging the wrong food. Horrible customer service.
