Nachos Pizza

My husband and I order several times a week and lately errors have been happening. This last time I ordered a "beef cheeser" and asked it to be soaked with extra beef juice. (Not Done). Then I ordered a "Nacho Supreme" (No Jalape?os} and it was loaded. When calling the restaurant and explaining the error they said nothing about correcting the mistake. All in all, this is not the first time mistakes have been made. Bottom line, we ended up with a dry beef sandwich and myself picking off peppers that still left a spicy taste. Very disappointed with Nachos lately.

Pizza was good but had to wait 30 minutes after stated pickup time

The potato skins were tough and the bacon bits were like Rocks, sorry. Everything else was delicious, as is everything usually is.

I ordered spaghetti and received penne pasta. My daughter wanted jalape?os on her nachos and didn't receive them.

Food was hot. Salad was nice and fresh. Delivery time was great.

Nacho?s pizza is a great place to eat

The food is always good. But the Eat Street experience was not. They didn?t deliver the full order. The food was cold. We were finished eating before the remainder of our meal arrived. It?s time for Nachos to hire their own delivery people!

Food came cold

Pickup mistakes Some times the French fries are too old or under cooked as well as the food. Delivery mistakes 1st time, missing order of chiles toreados 2nd time, got coke instead of lemonade 3rd time, missing extra pizza sauce

Went to Nachos.com website and took us to Eatstreet order xlage pizza with 2 topping pizza at 10:58 pm, We got there at 11:05 went in to ask for the status of our order said will take 5 more mins. Understand at 11:25pm he brought us small pizza with some sandwich. I showed him my order # and the time we order and descriptions he went in to check, yell at his employee and said sorry sir we didi received your order give me 10 more minutes and I will make it. I have my 9 year old sitting in a car for more then 40 mins. When I was leaving guy followed me to the car and gave us complimentary Nachos box. They messed up my oder and blame it on the website.

Honestly the issue I have is with this website not Nachos. I put in an order and paid for it. For some reason someone on your end called the order into them as well but failed to order one of the dinners I had ordered through the website. Nachos made good in the mix up but I had to make another trip there to pick it up. Very disappointed.

The order was never delivered.

Though my order was correct and paid for it; the restaurant never got the order. An email was sent that it went through.

Nothing amazing, pasta and sauce were overcooked, requested side of cheese and did not get. marinara sauce was rather acidic. meatballs were pretty good though

Chicken was slightly dry

We have eaten here many times before and always loved the food. Last night was the biggest waste of 60.00. The fries were cooked long (maybe hours) before they were sent. I?m not fully convinced that they were t reused fries from the day before. They were disgusting. The chicken nuggets were rock hard. The Gyros...... They were reused already cut strips. They were positively not cut off the spit. Dry, no flavor, and old pita. Not one person in my family of six ate all their food. We could barely get through half of it. The leftovers went in the garbage. My stomach was rumbling for the rest of the night. I?m so mad I wasted my money. We eat out once a week and it was wasted. I don?t believe any of the food we were served was fresh food. I?m not convinced they repack and reuse food that?s not intended for that. Gyros and fries should always be fresh. I?m grossed out.

I ate leftover pizza today and I ordered the pizza last night. I don't know if the pizza had expired veggies on it but I vomited it all.

I ordered pizzas for a meeting and waited over an hour for them to be delivered. They were piping hot (Nachos is literally a stone's throw away) and good, but we didn't have time to enjoy them. Also, the website asked for a coupon code but the coupon I had did not have a code.

After having an incomplete order delivered by GrubHub, I ordered a gyro sandwich from Nacho's pizza and drove down the street to pick it up. The app stated that the food would be ready by 10:06pm. I arrived at 10pm and the cashier had no idea that I had even placed an order. So now I had to stand there and wait.... On top of that, the total that Eat Street specified was $2 dollars cheaper than the total the cashier stated. I've ordered from here before and never had any issues (the food was actually pretty good too) but this time around, I was a little bit disappointed. The quality of the gyro meat wasn't 100% either. Maybe it had something to do with me ordering an hour before they closed? Who knows...

The food was exactly what we wanted. Not an empty belly in the house;)
