The BEST dumplings! SO delicious!

The food was good, but it was cold because I had to find where the driver had left it which was not outside my door. It was downstairs on the first floor outside of the lobby of our building.

food was delicious as always, would recommend, especially if you?re looking for dumplings (obviously)

Honestly the best, most authentic dumplings and bao and noodles I've had in Madison!

Fantastic, lovingly made food! I called ahead of ordering and the staff kindly offered to make it the Vegetable Noodles with vegetarian broth instead of beef. The broth was so fragrant and subtle but full of flavor. I ate the leftovers the last two days and there?s something about homemade noodles in the morning that just can?t be beat. Scallion pancakes, scallion beef rolls, and the xiao long bao were all absolute wins. Eat here, it?s a hug in your mouth.

Awesome homemade dumplings.. 2x as many as I?d pay the same for elsewhere and felt homemade .. scallion pancakes were fantastic like little triangles of flakey onion bliss and dope to go containers.. actual soup bowl which nobody spends on ..highly recommend all the veggie options .. awesome cold weather feel good comfort food!

I asked for NO UTENSILS in my order, and ended up with a bunch of useless utensils.

Highlights were the chive & pork dumplings, homemade noodle soup, and the scallion pancake chicken roll. The food was fresh and flavorful and we will definitely be ordering from here again.

I didn?t receive the entirely correct order. I think the dumplings were different than the ones I ordered, and I ordered a 10pc and only got 6

Really excellent dumplings, both steamed and pan fried. Scallion pancakes are like crackers?never had them before!

My food was nearly 45 minutes later than when I was told it would be delivered. The beef brisket in the udon was rubbery and unpleasant to eat. I ended up throwing it way after only a few bites. The only saving grace was the pork buns which were at least flavorful, but had too little filling and far too much dough.

Loved the dumplings and buns so much! The soup was bland :(

always love the veggie dumpling and veggie buns :) the noodle soup with veggies was not as flavorful as i thought it would be, but that happens when you don?t eat meat

Chen's are the best homemade dumplings on state. If you are not used to traditional home made dumplings and are interested in it, this is the place for you. They also have some good noodle soup. I highly suggest the veggie dumplings and pork and chive dumplings. The staff are hard working

We both got bad indigestion from the food. The food was fresh just not that interesting or tasty.
