BBQ sandwich was delicious, I didn't even need the sauce.

Order from East Street didn't go through to the restaurant, had to wait 40 minutes for my food after the time it said it would be ready!

Ordered my food online and was told order should be ready by 11:57 am so I arrived at 12:00pm. Waited in line for 15 minutes before I was told they didn't start my order yet so didn't leave with my food until around 12:30 pm.

The store didn't receive my order. They had to call their manager to get it confirmed.

Great nice portions.

This experience was leaps and bounds ahead of my first one. It was less than 5 minutes for them to bring out my order. The staff member was courteous and my food was excellent!
