Royal Roast Beef and Seafood

I ordered mozzarella sticks and a super beef sandwich (American cheese with the sauce on the side). The mozzarella sticks were expensive and overcooked, with the cheese either oozing out or completely missing. The bun on the roast beef sandwich was completely charred and inedible, although the roast beef itself was very good. I was very disappointed, as I?ve always enjoyed this restaurant in the past, and the order was also not ready on time.
