On time Great pizza!

I didn?t get everything I ordered and paid for.

Extremely disappointed with steak tip Cesar salad, maybe there still some bad Romaine out there?? On top of that the two steak tips was a little bit of a joke. Don't recommend salads however never had an issue with Subs or Pizzas

I have ordered pizza in the past with no issues. We decided to try the subs. First I would expect for the price they charge for subs you would get more that one piece of cold cut on an Italian and the ham and cheese, the steak and cheese was the same and dry. The eat street app said it would take 50-60mins. When I tracked the food it said it left at 6:47pm, when it still had not arrived at 7:30( less than 10mins from my house) I called. The gentlemen who answered said it had not even left yet!! It took another 30mins for it to be delieved! I get things happen but very disappointed.

I was very happy when I found you guys as the food was definatly stars above the rest and I have raved about you. The last couple of orders have not been so good, my family actually asked if I was ordering from a different place. The quality of food has gone downhill. I order out so we do not have to deal with driving and the weather and with this last order I ended up standing in rain twice to find a missing bag that contained the mozzeralla sticks that my 7 year old had ordered. I do not really like to cook on Friday nights but $70 dollars later, the complaints from my family about the food quality and standing in the rain I wish I had cooked.

Piccata tasted like lemon juice, past was cooked al dente.

We've been ordering from Portifino's for years and it's always excellent. A real family favorite that never disappoints!

Food was cold and soggy

Everything was delicious.

NOT AS GOOD AS IT USUALLY IS..ESPECIALLY THE STEAK DINNER
