Pho Pasteur

As a Vietnamese person visiting from a world class dining community that is Minneapolis-Saint Paul, I expected so much more out of Boston?s Vietnamese restaurants. This was embarrassing to know that people are eating this food and aligning it with authentic culture and cuisine. As an example - Spring Rolls: Shrimp & Pork! That?s the combination. There were only noodles, shredded iceberg lettuce and shrimp - That?s it!! Very disappointing. The Bun Bo Hue was okay but they threw the herbs in with plastic silverware and sauce containers in a plastic bag - no wrapping, no separation. It was gross. We should have higher regards for our culture than to serve sub-par foods like they did here. Our sincere hope is that the restaurant will take this feedback and does it better in the future.
