Capone's Pizza

Pizza was not made with the special instructions left to leave off onions.

One of the best carry-out pizzas we've had from Capone's in a long time.

The food is normally great but it was burnt this time so disappointed

Actual taste was fine.

McKenzie and the rest of the staff worked so hard to get my order and make sure all guests had everything they needed.

The pizza with ricotta base and fresh mozzarella 2.75 upchargr) was made as marinara base and plain shredded mozzarella. The wings were good. The pepperoni pizza was fine.

We're in Boone a lot and have never been to Capones! Our daughter who went to App has always recommended it and we finally went and it was really delicious! We will definitely be back!

The calzone was not fully cooked. Sauce was weird tasting. Gave me a terrible upset stomach.

My salad was not with the meal and the meatballs were not very good.

Food was good but the service picking up the food was less than thrilling. Services was slow and the time window for pick up was way off. Over 30 minutes later then the time it was supposed to be ready! The girl that make the salads did not read the instructions one of the salads said no cheese. After confronting the employee making the salads she didn?t seem to care nor give an apology. After getting home the salads was cross contamination with cheese after inspecting it further.

Excellent as usual. We drive in from Banner Elk for their pizza, wings, and Caesar salad, they're all so good!

1. An Extra "service fee" was added. at checkout for on-line order entry. We're actually SAVING YOU time by eliminating the need for a human to take the order so you should be paying US to use this ordering method. You're not a movie theatre where I can pick my seat in advance. For that, I can see a service fee. 2. A single cashier was handling (1) walk-in customers take-out order entry, (2) seated customers closing their ticket, (3) bar customers closing out their ticket and (4) take-out customers just picking up their order (me). The bottleneck was horrible. I'm happy that you guys are busy again and the food was very good but the experience wasn't.

I ordered The Don Vita Stuffed Pizza with pepperoni and sliced meatball, but when we ate it, it didn't have any pepperoni or meatballs. It was basically a cheese pizza. I will likely never order from Capone's again!

First time eating here. Salad was very fresh and house thousand island dressing was killer. Pizza was amazing as well. Will definitely put Capone on regular eating routine when in town.

First time at Capones. Heard all about their pizzas and they did not disappoint.

The pizza was very good, but the 1.5 HOUR wait for a takeout order that was promised in 30 minutes is completely unacceptable. I understand things get backed up, but it only takes a minute to communicate with your customers and change the time on the app.
