Food was great. Ordering is not.

We found some steel wool in the spring roll. We've been longtime customers but we are never ordering from them again

The soup was very good, but I did find a long, straight hair fried into the cheese sticks order.

Everything tasted amazing. Our only disappointment was entree size vs. the price of said entree. Also, the spice level was a bit high for the average person. I wanted a little spice but mild was more equivalent to medium. But despite that, we love this place!

Nice and hot, super fresh, tasted delicious, and everything was as ordered. A long time favorite destination and will definitely be coming back!

Excellent. I always love Kennesaw Thai's food.

The food was amazing. They called to double check the spice level and I?m so glad they did! Their mild is comparable to a medium/hot at other places. But they put extra mild spices on the side for us. Their spring rolls were the perfect crunch. And the Thai sauce to dip them in was delicious.

Wow, the Pad Thai is the best around. So full of flavor and spice! Be sure to order less spicy than you think you want. Even mild is pretty hot.

I?ve eaten from this establishment several times in the past - this experience however was the worse. Prior to my meal being prepared I was call to confirm the spice level - I thought that was respectful. Thai Kennesaw advised there mild is very hot, so I opted for no spice because I?d rather not be surprised. I ordered the spring roll and Thai Basil Rice with Panang Thai 2 meats. Well the hurt on my face when I saw the spring roll it was a transparent wrapped gummy role with veggies inside unappetizing. The coconut soup has spice added - usually the soup is creamy coconut colored, the soup I received was red and you could see the seasoning floating and smell the spice. The Panang curry was curdled again unappetizing. Bottom line I tossed the entire $60 meal hate it for the can?t return to this restaurant.

I ordered my food and it said it would be a 45 minutes until it was ready to pick up. When I showed up around 45 minutes later, it turned out they had forgotten about my order on the printer and it hadn?t even been started. They told me it would be 10-15 minutes so I said I would wait outside, after 18-20min I went back in and my food was ready while the hostess was texting behind the counter?.

Just be prepared for it to be spicier. If you're sensitive, order a step lower than you're used to, but the food is delicious.

Food portion seemed smaller than in the past. No silverware in the bag. Shrimp was way overcooked.

Very yummy and the seafood was cooked perfectly. Super friendly staff and reasonably priced. Definitely worth going back for.

Great food. I appreciated that they called and warned me about their spice levels. I like my food spicey. Their spice levels are quite a bit more hot than normal.

The food is great. I ordered chicken pad thai at "spicy" (one level below their hottest), and it was pretty spicy. I enjoy hot food, so it was perfect, but if you don't like spicy food I recommend a lower level of heat. When you order online and select any level of spice, they take the time to call you and make sure you know what you are getting into.
