The panini was dry and over pressed. The chips were ordinary.

Had the ham and brie on pretzel bun. The bottom of the bun was hard and the ham was pretty grisly. I expect more from this place. Wont be ordering from them again

I love Zuppas and go there quite often and never had a bad experience but this was the first time ordering through eatstreet because we had company over. Ordered three meals and two sides ... took an hour to arrive which is fine but when our food finally did come, it was missing an entire meal. I called Zuppas directly and the woman said that is eatstreets responsibility to make sure they deliver all the food but I told her that the note on the bag they delivered, was missing an entire meal - additionally, which I didn?t even comment on, one of the build your own salads was missing beets and the other salad which was requested without olives, had them. Anyway, I told the lady we had waited for an hour and now it?s here and it?s wrong, she got all snarky and mentioned that ?an hour? isn?t even an ordering option. I said we ordered at 2:05, it?s now 3:07 .. she didn?t say anything, long pause and says ?well what would you like me to do about it? We can?t refund you? - I asked if they would deliver the meal themselves that they forgot (which BWWs, The Bar and other restaurants have before when they messed up an order through eatstreet) - she said they don?t do that - I said that?s fine. She asks if we want to drive and pick it up (20 min there, 20 min home) and I said I guess we could but I?m not paying for that meal then, she got nasty again and says ?I didn?t ask you to - but I can?t refund you. I could give you a gift card? - never once mentioned that eatstreet is who does the refunding for orders which I had no idea about until my husband mentioned it. Anyway, she was awful. I?d maybe expect this rude service from a chain restaurant but not a small family owned business in the middle of a pandemic when food delivery is more common than eating in. My husband went and grabbed the food - no gift card was included but they added a few desserts which I already told her we weren?t interested in. Never once did she apologize. Had she apologized and not been such a royal snob, I wouldn?t even have been upset because again, I go there quite often. Sad to have had this experience with one of my favorite restaurants in Neenah. Maybe if someone else had answered the phone it would?ve been different

Zuppas is the best! The "side salad" could have been a full meal. I had half and saved the other half for lunch. The sandwich was flavorful and really too big for one meal as well. Really good, fresh food.

Wonderful tasting food

Zuppas was fantastic. The salad was so big that I had two meals and enough left for another side salad. The Mac and Cheese was delicious and was my side dish for both meals. All of it was so fresh and good, I would really recommend them and they had lightning fast delivery!
