Solea Mexican Grill - Neenah

Order fries and got about 8 to 10 of them. Payed for what.

I ordered a steak torta and got a chicken torta. I also ordered french fries with a side of chipotle mayo and got ketsup. I Really don't like chicken torta or any other Mexican chicken dish. To be fair the is the FIRST time I've ever gotten a wrong order like this.

Order continued to say it would arrive in 10-20 minutes from order time. Never changed, and was almost an hour late. Customer service sucked. Restaurant yelled at me. Never again. Ever.

Food was amazing as always and portions are more than generous. Very fast. Great driver!

The food took about 15 minutes longer than originally told, and there were no tortillas which was super disappointing for it being a fajita.

We did not much care for the food. We got things we haven't gotten before so that was a lesson. However, the delivery was fast, and everything was hot.

there was one missing item which I already reported. The guacamole.

Flavors were good. Food was cold upon arrival.

The food was not the issue. The order was misplaced, my card charged to over $50 dollars on a $36-$38 order. The driver (Colleen) marked the order as delivered and yet never stopped by the house. Our outside lights were on, no text or call from Colleen. Shari, a driver for Eat-Street was able to contact Eat-Street and have my card refunded, we called Solea directly and picked up the food ourselves. I have used Eat-Street before and have never encountered any issue even remotely close to this. Was upset while it was happening but have had time to cool off. I am hoping this was just a one time thing.

What was supposed to be about 30 minutes, ended up being almost an hour. We had ordered ice cream desserts and both containers were sideways in the bag and leaking out. This isn't any fault of solea.

Normally FANTASTIC! This was probably an off day, so no worries. The food was lukewarm and there wasn?t any silverware included. Again, normally FANTASTIC, just not this trip.

It was very cold when I received it.

Great food! We did a dinner date night from home.

For the 3rd time our order was messed up.

The driver drove right past me and I had to actually call her to redirect her to the right address. She was picking her nose as I watched her go by. When I opened up my food, it was not only cold, but the wrong order. I am done with Eatstreet.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. It was awful. Order was placed around 4:30 and was originally supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. I then got a text with a new eta of 5:42. Well it finally showed up at 7:30 cold and not even correct. During all of the waiting I tried chatting to figure out what was going on I waited from being 98 in line to chat to 44 and then it booted me off. We were so disappointed in the service and will not be using it again.

Always loved Solea! Shame we can't go in for the experience at the moment, and have a few margs, but it's just as good delivered!

Didn't seem fresh. Cold, and dried out. The lava cake had a taste to it that. Wouldn't order from them again. Plus they didn't give any forks, napkins

Got our order right, delivery was early, food was amazing!

My whole order was incorrect!

I was really disappointed with the food. We got the loaded nachos and the chips under it where so soggy that they have a weird flavor so we didn?t eat it. The burritos ordered were coated in sauce, which I wasn?t anticipating and I just overall thought the flavor was lackluster. For the price I would have much rather gone elsewhere.

Asked for easy meat and they didnt do that

Staff was perfect. I asked for Jalepenos on the side, they weren't. I asked for a side of sour cream & didn't receive it. I also asked for tomatoes on top, didn't have them. The food was good regardless but just missing some direction.

They did not read the extra comments I left with my order so it did not come how I asked.
