Emmett's

Everything was cold and arrived at least 20 minutes later than estimated. The burger buns completely fell apart because of moisture from the fillings. The fries, had they been hot or at least warm, would have been good. My spouse deemed the burger "flavorless" and I could detect the use of old beef. I'm definitely rethinking ordering delivery at all, given how pricey it is. A bag fee of $5?? Seriously? If we were living in Chicago or New York, I'd expect to pay $50 for two burgers and two fries, but not here.

I got extremely sick

Our meal from Emmets was terrible. My husband ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it came charbroiled. It was so dry, it was hard and inedible. I ordered the smothered mushroom burger. The burger tasted like it had been boiled, and had cold, canned mushrooms, just thrown on top. I paid extra for Bleu Cheese crumbles to be added and it wasn't. Our daughter ordered naked wings with garlic parmesan sauce on the side. They were smothered in sauce. The only thing that was good were the potato wedges, but we asked for them with ranch and we hot sour cream. Calling Eatstreet for help was a joke. He didn't help us at all "since the restaurant prepared the food" but could give us a coupon for $6. They could have at least offered the total of my husband's chicken sandwich and my Bleu Cheese. Nope.

Fantastic food, quick swrvice

I ordered then received word that it was closed and my order cancelled but the restaurant still showed open

my beef sandwich was pretty decent but the sour cream and chive fries were not edible. they tasted like cardboard and I paid an extra near 4 dollars for them. I ate two and then tossed them
