El Jaripeo Little Chute - Freedom Rd

Restaurant did not provide correct items. I ordered the Chile Relenos special DINNER? restaurant gave one ? la carte chile relleno. One chili relleno does not cost over $17.00!! Of course not noticed until home. I called restaurant and eventually got to speak with English speaking gentleman. He apologized and offered to prepare correct item.., but I as not about to drive all that way again right then. ? im hoping they will honor replacement when I can return. The food was excellent though?

My delivery of food is always well put together. Still warm so that it can be enjoyed right away

Missing items on order. Eat street didn't refund my phone and win I called the restaurant they didn't speak English and hung up on me.

Food cold and I ordered steak not chicken and steak

My smoothie didn?t arrive with my order . EatStreet refunded the amount. The food was good but nothing for sides with it so seemed a bit plain

Food itself was not as good as its usual quality. Chili rellenos were soggy/watery?. Quite disappointed. Delivery itself was great.

Food is always good. But our orders are almost always wrong and/or missing items.

Food was cold and not dry but very dry,as if was sitting on the counter for days. Sorry but we would not be ordering here for a while.

Tacos were soggy. The container was all wet on the bottom. Rice was really good though.

Good food, but several times now we have been missing extra sauce we paid for a la carte.

Ended up getting really sick from it. Which is sad because I love their food :(

The food was excellent but it was cold when it got here eat Street had promised 35 minute delivery it took over an hour after I reheated it it was very very good!

Awful. So salty that the food was inedible. The bean dip was much smaller serving size than normal. Will likely not be ordering from here again.

there was pretty much no cheese on my nachos (as in I couldn't hardly see or find a drop) luckily I had jalape?o Velveeta at home or I would have been upset. otherwise food very good.

It was 30 minutes late and ice cold. Eat Steet feels a $9.00 coupon makes it all better and the refuse to answer back any of my emails. Horrible customer service on Eat Streets part. And our salsa and beans were spilled on the bottom of the bag

Amazing as always

The food was quickly made and for the most part delicious. They did package several of the meals in the same bag so the bottom containers were crushed and not as warm as the rest of the meals because of it. It was also quick a wait just to get help and then had to ask for the smoothie to only have to wait longer. I think this place has good food but is not very good with online menu, website, and to go orders.

Burrito meal was was wrong.

Our mistake with this cancelled order because we didnt realize it was only take out available and we wanted delivery.

My FAVORITE mexican food EVER!

We have gotten take out from El Jaripeo several times. It has always been very good! Our last order, we did not receive the bag of nacho chips and salsa with our meals.

only complaint was I requested the green sauce that goes on the burrito jalape?o. But it wasn?t a big deal. All delicious anyway.

Little Chute location has the best fajitas all the vegetables are like saut?ed and perfect ??

It saddens me to write this review as el jaripeo has been a family favorite for excellent Mexican food. We ordered the same food as we always do (steak tacos, bean dip and cheese dip) and it was inedible. Everything was SALTY. it honestly tasted like the salt shaker was completely dumped out over our food. Secondly I ordered steak tacos "Mexican style" which is how I was told by staff to order to get steak cilantro onions and a slice of lime...... my tacos came with lettuce and cheese ??. We were extremely disappointed. $50 thrown in the garbage. Very sad as historically this has been a staple restaurant for take out and dine in.

Missing food items

ABSOLUTELY delicious. Will be definitely order again.

Once again some of my food was missing. So frustrating. I called and they said they were expecting my call and wondering if I could come pick it up. I told them I would get another delivery charge from Eat Street. My manager was supposed to call me back and it?s been 24 hours and I haven?t heard anything. There is no way to contact EatStreet for immediate response. In cases like this the restaurant should pay the driver to go back and return the missing food. Poor rating for not having a system in place.

We were shorted one whole meal. The poor driver had to call the restuarant and tell them what we were missing then go back and get it and bring it back to us. By the time we got the third meal that was missed the other two weren't warm anymore.

My food was delivered quickly however it was room temperature. I had to heat it up in the microwave. I?ve picked up take out from El Jaripeo before & it was hot.

Please read the comments on the entrees! For the third time I got the wrong meat.

Absolutely delicious

One entree was a completely different entree than ordered and inedible for the recipient. Eat Street makes it too difficult to correct this.

Fajitas Jalisco? Best thing on any menu anywhere for price!

Made two orders and never recieved the 2nd order.

They called to make sure they were putting the right stuff on our food so that we have a good dinner!

Food is good but everytime I order off of eatstreet they mess up the order.

Wrong food was delivered and for cost to have it delivered a little frustrating
