Food was not what I ordered

Ordered for my team with over $200 worth of food. Picked up myself and returned to my destination to discover we were missing THREE cheese enchiladas and two salads. Had to run back to pick up and they almost sent me away without dressing for the salads. No apology, no acknowledgment they messed up. They weren?t busy. Very frustrating. The whole ordeal took me 45 minutes to run back and forth which then the rest of the food was cold. For nine people, NOTHING was labeled and they consolidated entrees into less containers so we had to sort out all the food. To top it off, the food was soggy and subpar because they put the fries in the same dish as the refried beans and other sides. Ordered $27 steaks (6 of them) and they were disappointing. Super bummed.

Food is flavorless, and really sad

Tortillas were a bit soggy and the food was a little cold but still tasted good.

The food was not labeled, or not labeled completely. We were unsure of what was what. Also, the food was cold :(

Delicious! Really good food

Food was terrible. Not sure if it was the fact that the driver had it for an hour before dropping it off or if the restaurant was really that bad. Would NOT recommend El Agave or Eatstreet.

The food was tasty but they forgot one of our meals.

They have a significant up charge on their food for delivery! Queso Fundido was 4.09 more, Quesadilla Ranchero was 3.98 more and Chicken Fajitas were 4.41 more, for a total of 12.48 upcharges. Ordered a 6 ounce salsa for 3.74, was probably 2 ounces. Said free delivery but was charged additional fee of 8.53, for what if not delivery? Food was cold and everything had to be heated up.

Food was good. Delivery took forever.

Food was over-priced and not at all worth it. Small portions, didn't get what was ordered and the food was just ok.

It was ok. Better then taco bells but not as good as some other options in town

The carnitas were yummy but the burrito was so so. Could use more sauce and or veggies inside.

The food was great, it always is. This meal was extremely delayed ad to the fact that EAT STREET delivered it to the wrong address, and someone else enjoyed my Birthday dinner. After being refunded my money for the error. We reordered our meal, it arrived, it was great. They even gave us a free dessert for my birthday, and the HUGE inconvenience was absolutely NOT their fault.

The worst taco salad ever. I have ordered this from El Agave before, but this time it was awful. There was hardly any lettuce, about 1/4 cup of water at the bottom, very little flavor. Also the side of cilantro was missing from the order as well. I realize the quality of the food is not Eat Street's responsibility, but again.. the order did not include the side of cilantro -- which I paid for. thanks for asking!

Our nachos were great and my son loved the tacos! Thank you for a great meal for a night I didn't want to cook!

First time ordering food from here and was pleasantly surprised! Great food and wife loved there was a vegan chorizo option for her tacos. Definitely will order again

Giving 4/5. Food was excellent. I ordered a soda for almost $3 and it came in a dinky cup that I?m not sure a whole can would fit in. And the ice cubes had a heavy chlorine taste to them. Don?t order a soda. Food was great tho!

Food was barely warm and tortillas were a soggy, sticky mess.

We almost always order from El Agave when we get Mexican because its always very good. However, the food we received last night was not up to the quality we're used to. The shredded beef tasted burned and the fajitas were mostly onion and very salty

My order was wrong and I couldn?t eat it, though I tried to. Instead, I filled up on the complimentary chips and salsa and tossed the rest. This is the second time I?ve gotten a wrong to go order.

when estimated delivery is 45 minutes from ordering and your order arrives 2 hours later it's very discouraging. I know it was Cinco de Mayo, but the restaurant should have madechanges in their delivery time knowing they would be busier. Very disappointed. Wasn't very fair to the eatstreet driver either. he could have made multiple deliveries in that time and made more money. Instead he had to sit there and wait.

Excellent food and prompt fast service. The order actually arrived well before I expected it to arrive. My only advice to the restaurant would be to open up their breakfast menu full-time 24 seven

The food was amazing, delivery guy gave my order to another person so it was over and hour late.

The food was great. It was packaged very neatly. I really appreciated that they called me to see if we wanted corn or flour tortillas.

Previously, I had a better experience, which is why i thought to ordered again. This time, we were missing the $0.99 side of ranchero sauce for starters. paying like $1.25 for a 2oz container of pico? the appetizer of cheese dip large for $6.89 was maybe 6oz. felt the portion sizes were not really valued well. the grilled chicken mexican taco was great though, but again, at a higher price point than other establishments. At least you offered sides, even if for a fee.

$mall Guacamole was the size of a dixie cup for $3.74? Definitely smaller than anticipated for the price point. other items came across as expected so an average rating should suffice.

Pretty disappointed my food was very cold but the guacamole was not flavorful very bland.

Love the Burrito Jalisco and the guacamole salsa and cheese Dip with chips ! Soo Yummy :)

Food was great, delivery was quick, food was hot. Driver was very professional.

I asked for shredded chicken & did not get it. I love this restaurant but this time the food was really not good & 2 pieces of quesadilla for 9.99 was not worth it. Food is way better if you eat there. I won?t order again.
