La Casa Maya Mexican Restaurant

Most of the food was delivered cold. The delivery driver couldn't understand directions to come inside and deliver the food to the business I was at.

It was pretty cold when it got here. I know delivery takes time whatever. Just seemed colder than when I've ordered before. Also the queso popped open and leaked all over everything. Otherwise good!

The food was excellent - tasty, still nice and warm, and flavorful. We are frequent patrons both in the restaurant and through delivery, and we'll continue to be!

Missing items and eat street was not able to remedy the situation

Favorite Mexican restaurant in Ames!

Food was good, but the flan had a layer that was burnt & inedible.

It wasn?t the food but the website showed that the food left the restaurant at 6:23 and didn?t arrive less than two miles away until 30 minutes later. Arrived cold. Was there a shortage of drivers?

Gringo steak and fries was great

They got the order wrong and didn't include any salsa. When I called Eatstreet, it took forever before they would fix the order and send it out again. That was a lot of trouble and very inconvenient. It was over an hour before we got the right order.

Probably would have been good if it wasn?t cold when it finally got to the house.

The restaurant was listed as open and they charged my order and it never got made or delivered

chriqueso container was crushed and more than hal of dip was in bottom of the bag and all over other food containers

I've had this dish multiple times, usually quite good, not as good this time & wasn't very warm. Not restaurants fault with temp. Barely ate half of it.

The food itself tasted great, however every item on the order, except one, was incorrect in some way. One was supposed to have steak but had chicken and elements of two other items were all switched up.

Need to cut back on the 'soupy' aspect of enchiladas and reinos. Also not delivering to North Ames limits how much we can patronize this restaurant.

My order took almost 2 hours to receive despite the initial estimate of 40 minutes. And the drink was missing.

Excited to have La Casa Maya after hearing from others how good it is. We were somewhat disappointed. The chicken seemed old. Was rubbery and almost a bit gray. Ate it and didn?t get sick, but just not enjoyable or tasty as we had hoped.

Food was hot and delicious. Portions were perfect, and the guacamole was amazing!

This is a good restaurant, but my order never arrived from eatstreet. The driver delivered to the wrong address and sent me a message that it was here, when it was not. Hopefully someone else enjoyed their free food from a good restaurant.

Our food was phenomenal! Hot, fresh, and it really felt like the ingredients were great quality. I am super picky about avocado and every piece we had was PERFECT! We will for sure be ordering again ?

Food was great as always, but the order was incorrect. First, I ordered 2 chipotle burritos and only received one. Second, I clearly specified that the rey poblano was to be gluten-free due to a gluten allergy, and the poblano pepper was covered in breading. The menu did not specify that the pepper was breaded, therefore my sister, the recipient of the rey poblano, had a severe allergic reaction to the meal because of the presence of the breading on the pepper. The menu should specify that the pepper is breaded. No one would assume that a pepper had breading on it; therefore, it needs to be in the item description on the menu. Up until this meal, my experiences with the restaurant have all been positive, but the incorrect order and the inclusion of gluten in the other made for a disappointing experience.

It's ok. Food was hot and arrived in the time given. It was pretty bland and flavorless. Probably won't order again.
