The delivery was fine; the food was horrible! I?ve ordered delivery from JMG so many times, but this order was not edible. The chicken entree tasted like it was cooked in burnt ketchup and the chicken was hard (overcooked). The ramen was bland.

I think Joys Mongolian Grill doesn?t know how to work their EatStreet app because this is the second time my order was cancelled due to them not responding after I?ve paid. They need help.
Food was ready early and owner was among the kindest I?ve ever met. This was a great meal from a place ran by someone who cares.
Order canceled
They could not process my order. The system continued telling me that the order was being sent for 12 minutes. Later, I got the communication that the order has been cancelled.
This is the second time this has happened. I made an order and then about 10-15 minutes later got an email and text that I was being refunded because the restaurant never confirmed the order. I don?t know if they have been too busy to accept orders but maybe there should be an option to decline an order rather than me having to wait before finding out I have to order from somewhere else. I genuinely love the food from Joys but I get nervous ordering now since this has happed a couple times.

I am always 100% happy with my orders from Joy's. The portion of Mei Fun I received yesterday was enormous and delicious. It was delivered hot and on time.

Everything was hot and delicious. We had not ordered from Joy?s before and were delighted with the flavor.
The food was very tasty. The hot and sour soup has a different and smoky flavor that we enjoyed. The kung pao chicken was sweeter than spicy, and fresh sliced jalapenos were a very nice touch. The house special lo mein has a nice sauce and tender bites of a variety of meats. It was a very good meal.
The egg rolls we ordered were not delivered with the meal
They should double check with the delivery people to ensure they are taking the right food before delivering.

The food was flavorful and hot
Wasn't really what I was expecting. Could be in my dish choice. I ordered szechuan shrimp. It was very runny, not spicy. Hardly any veggies. It was basically shrimp, a massive amount of chopped water chestnuts and a "sauce". The egg rolls, Rangoon, and potstickers were good though.
