Ge-Angelo's Italian Restaurant

Absolutely terrible. You accepted an order for a restaurant that was not open, and dint notify us of it at all. We show up to pick up the order at the designated time to see its closed and our time sensitive food experience was a nightmare. Thanks for Absolutely nothing

EatStreet was great but our pizza arrived over-baked and burned. We couldn?t eat some pieces as a result.

The food was fine but app told me 20 min so I arrived after twenty mins and then had to wait an additional 40 mins at restaurant until food was ready. I have no issue waiting for good food but when I show up at least tell me to come back later not make me wait saying food almost done when it was not even started. Normally dine in once a month and will not be back.

Pizza took a long time to get here and the pizza was cold

Caprese salad should not have romaine lettuce in it! Literally for ingredients. Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic reduction. Please change your item. The romaine was wilted and ruined the entire dish.

Ge-Angelo?s spaghetti is always my favorite. Always satisfying!

We LOVE GeAngelos !!! Everything I?ve ever had from there has been delicious?. The chicken Alfredo is so yummy and no where in Ames can beat their wonderful pizza!

The pizza was cold and pretty flavorless. Loved the meatball. I would be happy to try a different menu item when I can visit the restaurant. The slow delivery was not the restaurant's fault.

the delivery took longer than normal

The food was great! But I had to wait 30 minutes from the time Eatstreet said the food was ready to the time when I actually got my food.

It took our delivery man 45 minutes to het from Ge Angelos to our home this past Friday. It is No more than a 10 minute drive. He had no other deliveries. We will Think twice before using eat street delivery again.

Food arrived on time (fettuccine alfredo and a pizza). Both were still hot enough to eat without any reheating. We can easily get more than one meal out of the order.

We did pickup because we've had items missing from delivery before, but it seems that doesn't prevent missing items either. The chicken marsala is excellent, but calzone gave my husband an upset stomach and our guests weren't impressed with the pizza (it was much better when they were in town two years ago). We get that they're short staffed right now so the extra 30 min wait time is understandable, but the missing items has happened over the course of almost two years now and seems to be consistent. We also waited for a bit at the front before anyone came to greet us, maybe have a sign up that says hello at least?

My meal was delightful I had a few surprises Didn't know about drop down menu to personalize your choices Expected parm risotto but got spaghetti Ordered a side salad not knowing it was a side choice so also got tomato basil soup Everything was good Just not what I expected Way too much food

Their staff is just as good as their food.

The bread was great. The pizza was not my cup of tea. I noticed that the order was picked up at 5 p.m. and we did not get it until 5:35. Delivery time was 5:30...so that wasn't bad. I am guessing there was another delivery made after ours was picked up and before we received it. Therefore, it was not hot. We warmed it up and it was ok.

One of the salads I ordered was supposed to have dressing & one no dressing but they both had no dressing. Food otherwise was very good. Delivery was prompt & delivered to my door.

Pizza was burnt crush so thin like cardboard...extremely disappointed..

Food was excellent!! Portions were fantastic! We'll have leftovers for days. This was my first time eating from Ge-Angelo's, and I will definitely order from here again.
