Missing food and food wasn't prepared as ordered!

had to contact Eatstreet to have BWW to confirm order. Then order way delayed and then very late past to delay time. EatStreet Customer service was no help in finding out where our order was when the apps stated out for delivery 7-12 min then 15-20min and then 57 min. Food finally showed up but cold!

EatStreet canceled my order so we at 9 pm instead of 6:30

My order was cancelled and I still haven?t gotten my money back

No sauce on my buffalo wings and no carrots, just ranch

The fries were inedible - not just like a little soggy; they were weirdly dense and chewy. The wings were barely sauced. Really couldn?t have been much worse.

Wrong sauce was put on the cauliflower wings and I could not eat them.

Delivery was later than eat street app suggested. Food arrived room temp. No silverware given with delivery therefore we had to leave our delivery location to go home and get utensils. There was no box on eat street app to put that we needed sliverware, however i also expected a take out order to naturally come with sliverware.

Was missing 5 of the 30 boneless wings in the order but the app made it really easy for a resolution

Had chips but no salsa. Buffalo Wild Wings often will have missing items on an order - the second time it has happened.

The order we received from BWW was super disappointing. In particular we ordered some veggie slaw and got roughly 3 tablespoons full of the slaw. For $3.99 it was laughable. I'm always underwhelmed with BWW.

The boneless wings were not much more than chicken nuggets with a little spice. They were very expensive and I will use Eat Street again but probably won't have them deliver from BWW.

My fried pickles were not on the receipt and I did not get them, despite paying for them on eat street. Not sure where the issue was

Didn't get drinks for our two kids meals. On a hundred dollar order when it's all said and done, it would have been nice to get a complete order.

Pretty much everything was cold. And we had an item wrong

Seasoning was VERY weak. We had dry Desert Heat, Salt/Vinegar, and Lemon Pepper. All had VERY light seasoning.

boxes were soggy/wet. ordered 2 carrots & 1 celery but received 2 celery and 1 carrots

Fries were cold and limp. Tacos were meh. BWW HAS REALLY GONE DOWNHILL.

My nachos had barely anything on them.. it was mostly chips with a few tomatoes and some cheese sprinkles and that was it. Everything else was great. Just wish I didn?t waste $10 on the nachos.

Half of the food ordered was incorrect.

We did not get the street tacos we ordered, we were charged through eat street but they weren't on the bdubbs reciept. They gave us a $5 coupon "for delivery" but we had to apply it to the food and we had to have a minimum of $10 when I reordered. So we ended up paying $17 for the second order when we shouldn't have had to pay that in the first place.

For your original order, the wrong food was given to the EatStreets driver. He refused to go and get the correct order, so we had to order again and the second driver brought the correct order, which was two orders of nachos. Instead of making fresh nachos since they had been siting at the restaurant for 2 hours, the second driver brought us soggy nachos without much taste. Even though there was blame on the first EatStreets driver, Buffalo Wild Wings should have double checked my order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's one thing for an order to be wrong but this was just ridiculous. I had 3 orders of wings and it's one thing to forget some wings but instead of wings, there were boxes that made me think they were wings just filled with potato wedges. Not only that, I

Our food didn?t come correctly.

Food was barely lukewarm when it arrived and one dish was missing from the order. Took another 50 minutes for that to be delivered once we finally got ahold of someone. Probably won't order from here again.

Disappointed. The original delivery time was scheduled for 50 minutes after my order was placed. It kept getting delayed and ended up being 80 minutes. The food was semi warm. My wife ordered chicken wings and it was supposed to come with celery and carrots. The carrots were loose in the delivery bag and the celery wasn?t included at all.

I have ordered more than once and each time the sauce is missing.

They gave the guy the wrong order! The delivery guy was amazing tho and went back and brought the right order! When we finally got the right order it was cold and missing all the dipping sauces!!!!!!!

Food was fine for what we got. EatStreet places the order wrong.

Packaging was crappy. The burger and fries were cold and thrown everywhere because the "togo" box used was not proper for delivery.

Two out of three items either missing or incorrect. B dubs is not very careful. I keep going back to b dubs but honestly their food is terrible. I do recommend eat street though.
