Always great food at Carol's

I understand they were busy on the day we ordered. However, the staff had a crummy attitude. I called at 1:06pm to see where our food was. The employee told me the driver was on her way back and would pick it up. Some time passed, and I called again. I said, "I called about 25 minutes ago. I thought it meant my food would be here by now." In a snotty tone, she said, "It wasn't 25 minutes ago." I looked at my phone and saw my second call had been made at 1:29pm. Oh, SO SORRY...it was TWENTY-THREE minutes, not twenty-five. Wow, I was so far off! I don't think this is the way to talk to someone who just ordered $75 from your business. The only reason I ordered from them was because they were the only ones open. Next time I'll wait.
