Shish Kebab House

The food was delicious BUT we ordered online and received text saying food ready at a certain time. I arrived about 8 minutes past that time in the message to me, and the restaurant had just received the order. I had to wait 25 minutes for the food. Communication from online ordering platform and restaurant needs improvement!

They forgot salads. Couldn't or wouldn't fix it

Sauce issues!!! The food was pretty good, not quite as much sauce as I've come to expect on the shawarma though. Plus I didn't receive the additional 3 oz tahini sauce I ordered and the kebab came without the spicy sauce I ordered. It was disappointing to get home with one of my favorite meals only to realize it would be without the best part!

We paid 16+ for a gyro plate and that was all that was on the plate was the gyro which had a weird flavor and grissle that almost broke my husband's tooth. Even worse, the sauce had a hair in it, that didn't belong to my husband or I. Worse yet, we had almost finished it before finding it. We were highly disappointed, as we had eaten there a couple years ago and it was wonderful!!

This restaurant is remarkable in it's ability to provide consistently excellent food visit after visit. We have eaten here in the dining room and take out countless times over the years and i can say nothing negative about the food, the staff and the kitchen. Just quality all the time. Thank you for providing a great repeatable excellent dining experience.

my order had not even been started when i arrived 5 minutes late. My order had a duplicate order. i think the ordering form might have had something to do with that.

We had carry out. The food was delicious but the portions were skimpy. Five slices of eggplant, mini kebab with three chunks of veg on the 'complimentary' kebab, a smear of hummus in the hummus and meat. Portions used to be fuller so we were disappointed this time

Got a chicken shawarma plate. After taxes, was $19. Added extra chicken which I paid for upon arriving for pickup. Extra chicken was around $5.50 which seems pricey. All together, one page was between $25-26. The chicken was dry and I expected a lot more flavor after spending $25. Will look for other local restaurants for next meal.

very good and nice that sauce/dressing is in separate plastic containers for us to use as desired.

It was ok, I ordered around opening so I was not happy to get a dry hard piece of bread. The food had a good flavor, salad was pretty fresh.

My order was ready at the time I requested. As always, the chicken shawarma was excellent!

Food was terrible - I have eaten here many times ?don?t know what went wrong but it tasted bad. I even took a vivid test to make sure it wasn?t a possible explanation. Plus, when I walked in, someone had so much perfume on that it completely destroyed my appetite ? it was disgusting. I also think the prices are jacked up when ordering from Eat Street vs calling and placing an order.

I have ordered from Shish Kebab House several times and it has been a delightful feast every time!

I ate here once about 2 years ago, and really enjoyed it then. I don't know why it took me SO long to return back. But I really like their food here, and their staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll go back more often now.

Quality is seriously going down hill. Also order was wrong. Had to go back. But that?s not the worst part - the quality of their product has really reminisced. I?m wondering if they were sold

The food was excellent as always! The restaurant was out of an item I ordered, but that did not detract from the food quality. One note if you are ordering through EatStreet, the restaurant doesn't actually recieve a notice of food pick up times if you select a later time in the day pick up. So when you order, you need to be prepared to pick it up within the next hour. Learned that the hard way.

It was okay.. i hadn't been to the shish kabob house since before the pandemic and quality has sadly went down.

The Oozie was perfect as usual. I have never had anything but excellent from the Shish kabob House

We truly enjoyed our Deluxe Gyro plate and Lamb Swarhma (sp?) Excellent Mediterranean meal.

While there seems to have been some minor changes in the flavor profile of the Ozzie dishes I purchased, less spice, less pine nuts, it didn't seriously affect the enjoyment of my dinner meal. We dine in or order out here several times a year and our selections vary across the menu and I've never been disappointed. This time was no different.
