SyrnikiThis traditional dessert served in Russia. Cottage cheese mixed together with beaten eggs and sugar. Stirred in a all-purpose flour and worked in to soft dough. Fried in the pan in hot oil until golden brown on ech side. Served with sour cream and jam.
