About the Role

EatStreet is currently searching for a Marketing & Community Relations Intern in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a part-time position that will begin immediately and run through the 2021-2022 school year and pays $12/hour. Hours will vary per week depending on opportunities available in your market, but range between 5-8 hours per week.


The Marketing & Community Relations Intern is our expert in their city and on their campus. We are relying on the Marketing & Community Relations Intern to get the word out about EatStreet and find the busy people, lazy people, picky people, haven?t-eaten-since-breakfast-and-could- really-go-for-brisket people.


The Marketing & Community Relations Intern will be working alongside our Campaign Manager to develop and execute a world-class marketing blitz.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Distribute promotional flyers and materials at key locations including classrooms, dorm rooms, apartments, downtown areas, etc. once a week
  • Create content and promote EatStreet on social media and digital platforms
  • Build the EatStreet brand by tabling at campus events (TBD based on COVID-19 restrictions)
  • Give away EatStreet swag, free food, and coupon codes
  • Develop and execute creative events to engage with new customers
  • Work with the Marketing Team on key market insights and data
  • Other projects as instructed by management
