  • Chicken Fingers A half dozen, large chicken tenders made from real chicken (not the fake/manufactured stuff). The name was derived from the last act of the donors. Your choice of honey mustard, ranch or barbecue sauce.
  • Mozzarella Sticks Str-r-r-r-etch your appetizer! Stringy and delicious mozzarella cheese, deep-fried just right. Kyle holds the current record for mozz stick stretching at 2.9 feet!
  • Cheese Balls A cheesy palate pleaser. Golden brown and crispy, served with ranch dressing.
  • Onion Rings Be Lord of your OWN rings.
  • Jalapeno Poppers The Original Classic! Mild jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese in a crispy breading. Served with raspberry jalapeno sauce.

  • These now famous burgers are at least 25% bigger than hamburgers we've seen anywhere else! DO NOT attempt to lift these burgers with one hand without extensive strength training and conditioning. Unless we change our mind or sneak something else in the fine print, the burgers are served with lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle spear. Substitute soy burger for any beef patty. All sandwiches and burgers are served with our tasty Brew City fries!

  • W.T.P. Quesadilla THE GOOD NEWS - these are the lightest, tastiest cheese filled Quesadillas you've ever tasted. THE BAD NEWS - you may experience an uncontrollable urge to yell REMEMBER THE ALAMO!
